Dog practically begged her owner not to leave her behind at shelter
At the Lost Angeles Animal Services South, a one-year-old dog’s eyes followed her owner’s departure from the shelter on Tuesday, seemingly begging to not be left behind. Champagne, described as a “Pomsky,” – a canine blend of a Pomeranian and a husky, was scared and heartbroken.
“This cutie was just dumped for moving. you’ll see the fear in her eyes. She was so nervous she vomited. She was begging to not be left behind. She knew,” a volunteer wrote on social media.
According to information offered about Champagne by volunteers, the sweet dog walks well on a leash, knows some commands, likes children and shows no aggression toward other dogs.
