Misty the dog’s world revolved around the chain tied around her neck until rescuers freed her.
The Dogs Deserve Better Animal Rescue Organization is committed to releasing dogs in chains and captivity through efforts including education and rescue programs.
In the case of Misty, she was taken to from South Carolina to the great News Rehab Center in Virginia where “her life literally changed overnight.”
